What is Odoo and why choose it?
Odoo is an open-source ERP with integrated apps for sales, CRM, inventory, purchasing, accounting, payroll, projects and e-commerce. Everything shares one database, so you stop re-typing data between systems and see your company in real time.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
It depends on the scope. As a reference, a first phase with sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting usually takes a few weeks, while projects with custom developments or several companies take longer. In the demo we give you a timeline for your case.
Does Odoo comply with Panamanian e-invoicing and payroll?
Yes. We work with the Panamanian localization: electronic invoicing with the DGI and payroll under local labor law (thirteenth month, vacations, CSS contributions), integrated with accounting and banks.
What is the difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Community is the free, open-source edition. Enterprise adds apps and features such as full accounting, payroll, studio, mobile apps and official support and upgrades. We help you choose the edition and hosting (Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server).
Can you upgrade my current Odoo to the latest version?
Yes. We migrate data and custom modules from previous Odoo versions to the current one, test it with your team and plan the switch to minimize downtime.
What happens after go-live?
We keep supporting you: help desk for incidents and questions, improvements, new modules, training for new users and version upgrades. You can follow your tickets and hours from the client portal.
Do you work outside Panama?
Yes. Our team is based in Panama and we serve companies across Latin America, including Colombia, with remote and on-site work.
